A Real Psychotic Designer

You may think your boss is a psycho but not compared to Anand Alexander.  He gained popularity for his bejeweled opulent clothing which was sold at many high-end stores.  After graduating from Parsons he developed his own line and became a semi-celebrity after appearing on America’s Next Top Model. Then last year he was arrested for rape and sexual assault. First there was Peter Braunstein the WWD rapist in 2005 and now this one.  These guys make the average creepy garmento look positively gentlemanly.  Which made us think, in an industry full of so many young women but yet often run by men, how much deviant behavior is really going on? After a few brief inquiries among friends, it seems sexual harassment and worse is not as uncommon as we hoped.  But more on that later….for now here’s the latest on Anand;

Updated Nov 13th***A jury found Anand Jon Alexander guilty of counts including forcible rape and a lewd act upon a child.***
