Fashion photographer Steven Klein has done it again.  These are some photos from his latest fashion spread in French Vogue.  So what do you think; is this offensive or fashion forward?

I saw this the other day and I was shocked!! I mean, did they run out editorial ideas? This is just wrong.

I can’t believe I missed the rally – I am ashamed of myself. I will follow the save the garment org on FB and will sign the petition too.

I still have to see that documentary as well – so looking forward to it!

Why can’t people just use black models? I am so confused.

To see blackface in this day and age is amazingly silly in my opinion. But this goes to show that there are still many problems in the fashion world beyond size discrimination.

Yes, it is amazing that in 2009 and with Obama in office, blackface is even a topic of discussion!

Midtown girl- Sorry you missed it, thought you may have been there. Yes, the Incubator program that Bloomberg plans is great, Although while it helps about a dozen people, Bloomberg’s zoning and price gouging pushes out thousands of other fashion industry workers. But hey, it’s something!
