At China’s fashion week (yes they have one too) amid many lovely designs was one show that stood out from the rest.  Or perhaps we should say it surreally hovered above the rest.  According to reports the designer, Jiang Zhou was inspired by recent UFO sightings in the country.  The resulting collection is certainly out of this world.  It kind of combines an avant-garde ET meets Lady Gaga in bondage. What do you all think?

Not loving those looks. They look a bit derivative, but at least they’re working with interesting shapes and fabrics. Not too familiar with China Fashion Week. Will have to check it out!

Ha, ha, glad you all enjoyed. We rarely post runway pics but this was so odd, we just couldn’t resist.

as a designer myself, people take runway shows like this too literal. it’s a “show”. Who wants to see basics on the runway, boring!!! This stuff is amazing!!!
