— Christian Lacroix’s couture fashion house has fallen victim to the financial crisis. Famed for creating the pouf dress, the couturier has not turned a profit in 22 years.
— No, no, no, Amy Winehouse is designing a fashion line, WTF! Every time we think the celeb fashion designer craze can’t get any worse it seems to outdo itself. Seriously, who wants to look like a 1950’s beehived crack-whore?
— The usually endearing and charmingly west coast styled Drew Berrymore had a fashion don’t last week. She’s always gone her own way in the fashion department but there is really no reasonable explanation for this one. What do you think?
— What happens when you don’t buy into the celebutante as fashion icon? You get the boot! Apparently Ungaro is saying bye-bye to designer Esteban Cortazar after he objected to company’s desire to use Lindsey Lohan as the face of the label.
