I think you are just “hating”. For all those workers you mentioned, dont act like you care one bit about them cos you dont. Typical of people to bash others –the more y’all hate and bash forever21, the more they keep increasing. I applaud them, I like what they do–providing clothes to people at affordable prices and providing job opportunities for many.

For those who claimed they worked at f21, you work at some store in one part of the country and you blame your experience there on the owner? grow up!!! work at Macy’s in one state and try blaming your experience on the corporate headquarter. I know my comment is helping to give cheap publicity to this ridiculous write up and i would rather it did not,but i guess i couldnt let all the hatred go scot free especially from a self acclaimed f21 public hater.

Human beings will never be satisfied, they will always hate, hate, hate. I could counter every point you levelled up there, but all i will tell you is “appreciate, dont hate. appreciate dont condemn”. Hatred has never done the world any good.

This place sucks! We ordered a dress for my daughters dance this weekend and paid $17.00 for express delivery…well it won’t be delivered for 5 days after ordering. And we will have to pay return postage to return it…That is ridiculous! I hate this place. Every other purchase here I vow to never give them another penny of my money. Now we have almost $40 tied up in a dress that won’t be here in time. No money for another. I HATE THIS PLACE! Cheap clothes and bad business/ return policies.

C’mon, you guys. Lets be honest. I really love Forever 21 and I have been shopping there for a few years. The clothes are cute and cheap, and unless there is pure proof of anything illegal, I will continue to shop there. Don’t be such a hater and enjoy the fact that clothing stores with these great of prices can exist during a time when the economy sucks. Peace out!

While I do not support sweatshop labor if I can, I have to say that I’m sick of people playing the illegal alien card. Illegal is in the name. They do not have rights beyond basic human decency. You do not go to Germany or France or Japan or wherever illegally and get away with it and expect to be treatef as a citizen…so why is it okay here? Remember, even our ancestors went through due process at Angel or Ellis island. Got a problem? Work to reform immigration but don’t sit there and complain that they deserve to have American rights. Also, for everyone who wants to say “omg go get educated on the issues stupid” please know that is not a valid argument. Get off your hypocritical high horse and back up your statement and maybe people will take you seriously.

Yo pienso que al igual que como es con FOREVER es con todas las tiendas grandes,son capitalistas y solo piensan en producir mucho por menos dinero los estandares de calidad son muy bajos; es feo el trato que se le da a estas personas que trabajan como obreros pero siquiera ganan 4 dllsporque en mexico ganas como 12pesos la hora eso si es EXPLOTACION, pero mientras sigamos viviendo en un mundo consumista que es controlado por la mercadotecnia todo seguira asi, cosas con bajos estandares de calidad.

I have a few F21 clothing items that I bought second hand at places like Plato’s Closet. I just feel like somebody should mention that actually the garment quality is very high on many F21 piece of clothing. I am a professional seamstress in a costume shop and I know quality stitching and finishing when I see it. Had those few pieces for years and they never have fallen apart. On the other hand – the few upscale items I have owned didn’t last nearly as long. So talk about the human rights issues all you want – but don’t bring “poor quality” into it. That isn’t even supposed to be the argument here.

I am a small LA designer, Mrs Chang called me in to head office as I work with TopShop Uk ( great retailer) Hey my fault but I was curious to see first hand so i went.
They sat me in an all white room with 3 white bibles. I was grilled on what religion i was. I was given a Forever 21 bible brochure & Mrs Chang went thru page by page, explaining that God talks directly to her Apparently he’d even told her how to buy the building they are in ( God must be a bit of a real estate guru!!) ..and i can go on & on but to make a long story short they wanted me to leave samples & told me they would order. After that i couldn’t get hold of them & couldn’t get samples back. 3 months later found my REGISTERED trademark & my graphics on their website (imported..which means they ordered a minimum of 9000 units each design) Forever 21’s religion has only 9 commandments apparently thous shalt not steal is missing.
I talk to a Chinese connection, he tells me Chinese manufacturers hate them too. They place the same order with several factories & then cancel who ever doesn’t come thru first.
If something is so cheap theres a reason. Whether you want to ignore it or not..unusually cheap products come at a price..unfortunately a human one. Just know that someone out there is getting screwed ’cause you think a $10 top is cool.

So what? If Forever 21 didn’t hire them, they wouldn’t have any money…
Plus all my stuff says it was made in CHINA not America.

Actually buy their stuff before saying if falls apart.

All of my Forever 21 stuff I still have (even some after 2 years) and its all perfect.

All you losers need to stop complaining and get a life :)

I love it and will never stop buying it!

I was with you totally until you started bashing having scripture on the bags. There were hard facts about everything up until that point. Then it became hateful/angry opinion. That statement alone is enough to make me wonder if everything else you said is true.
It sounds like maybe the owners of F21 need to evaluate their beliefs as Christian’s. They should not tolerate or promote the things you are claiming they do.
That being said bashing their choice of putting scripture on their bags is NOT the way to get other believers on your side nor is it productive to your argument.

STILL LOVE FOREVER21!!….dumb immagrants dont like their job then get a new one. Still dont like it their McD job or hotel job? THEN GO HOME! its by the grace of God that they are even in the states in the first place, they sould be thanking foever21 for giving them a job, when they arnt suppose to be here in the first place. And over seas people do the same factorie jobs as forever21 all over in eastern countries. not a new thing here people. Yeah its sad, but to them its what they get. its called reality.and the whole knockoff argument… Lets not even bring up. the fact that you can buy a knock off just about..hhhmmm… ANYWHERE doesnt make F21 a criminal. And more power to the owners who are chosing to stand up for what they believe in with thier faith. AMEN!
