- New York Fashion Week Fall 09′ to overlap with London Fashion Week- The CFDA announced that due to a scheduling error the two fashion weeks will overlap for a full day. Uh-oh, looks like someone is getting fired.
- Walmart in trouble for sweatshops yet again- A labor rights group is charging Walmart with operating a sweatshop in Bangladesh. Workers report being slapped around, physically assaulted, and even an instance of a pregnant women having a miscarriage after being kicked by a supervisor.
